Mylar tinsel is essential for body ribbing on countless patterns. This version is pearl and shines and flashes in the sun. Makes an excellent nymph wingcase too.
Hot tip: wrap your hook shank in pearl mylar before dubbing on a sparse body and the tinsel will shine and glow through the dubbing when the fly gets wet.
